Accelerated Strengths Coaching

This advanced course consolidates the instruction and resources from all coaching courses into a powerful, four-and-a-half day session. You will receive sophisticated insights to help your clients respond to challenges, work with others, accomplish their goals, and understand their biases and vulnerabilities.

Attendees receive two groundbreaking coaching kits at no additional cost: the Strengths Coaching Starter Kit and the Coaching Managers and Teams Kit (a $990 value). This course also includes individual coaching sessions with Gallup's professional strengths coaches.

Successful Strengths Coaching

This two-day course gives coaches who are pursuing strengths-based development great insights into becoming an effective coach. The course gives you the knowledge and foundation for becoming a strengths-based coach and instructs you how to help others understand, apply, and integrate CliftonStrengths results into their respective lives and roles.

Attendees will receive a complimentary Strengths Coaching Starter Kit (a $495 value). By combining the tools in the kit with the education of the course, you will be on your way to helping others harness their strengths to achieve success.

  • Identify and learn the 34 CliftonStrengths themes.

Coaching for Individuals, Managers and Teams

Coaching for Individuals, Managers and Teams combines the topics and materials from two of our popular two-day courses into a single, three-day course. Advance your personal coaching style with innovative strategies, new techniques and tools and thought-provoking experiences. Help individuals apply their greatest talents and strengths to enhance their relationships and improve their lives. And help managers and teams incorporate strengths-based principles for greater engagement and performance.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Teach others how to harness their strengths for greater personal productivity and engagement.
  • Understand theme dynamics and how they affect relationships, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Give your clients new ways of thinking about their strengths so they can experience greater personal success.
  • Help managers understand how the CliftonStrengths themes manifest in the workplace.
  • Assist managers with building and understanding a team strengths grid, and teach them how to incorporate strengths-based development into their management style.
  • Provide managers with techniques for using strengths-based development to address specific team-related issues and challenges.
  • Assist individuals with identifying key partnerships that are essential to individual growth and team performance.
  • Facilitate the identification and discussion of a team's collective talents, and help team members use their talents to achieve specific performance objectives.


Coaching Builder Talents

This two-day course gives you the resources and knowledge you need to fully support current and future builders in understanding their unique talents as measured by Gallup's BP10 assessment. During the course, you will explore practical ways to conduct advanced builder talent coaching conversations with others. With your guidance, builders can develop their talents to achieve greater effectiveness and success.

Attendees will receive two BP10 assessment codes -- one for you and one for you to share with someone you coach. You will also get resources and tools to support your coaching conversations, as well as a one-on-one Gallup coaching session after the course.

In 2016, Gallup launched a new BP10 report designed to give coaches an additional tool to utilize when coaching others. The Coaches Insight Report (CIR) provides coaches with these important benefits:

  • An Overall Talent Score
  • Individual Theme Scores
  • All scores compared against the General Population and Gallup's database of Top Quartile builders

Coaches who complete the Coaching Builder Talents course will be given access to order the new report as an upgrade to an existing code or as an addition to a new code purchase.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Explain the importance of builders and the talents necessary for success.
  • Demonstrate how the BP10 assessment is an effective measurement of the 10 talents necessary to meet the demands of being a builder.
  • Distinguish between the CliftonStrengths assessment and the BP10 assessment.
  • Deliver effective coaching conversations that will help individuals foster their builder talents.
  • Read, interpret and discuss the Coaches Insight Report with others.
  • Help individuals understand and apply their builder talents to increase their success.
  • Lead the Discover Your Builder Talents workshop, in which small groups discover, develop, and direct their builder talents.
  • Use the Coaches Insight Report to build teams with a high-growth mindset in organizations of any size.
