I have been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since December 2017. Trained as a social worker, I have always appreciated working and leading from a strengths perspective. Gallup Strengths helped me name and honor my natural talents. I am currently working at Virginia Tech to help students discover and develop their strengths.
