I began my formal studies of people at the University of Chicago where I earned my bachelor's degree Psychology with honors. Later, while starting my career in Human Resources, I completed my master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University in Denver.
Although I had the opportunity to pursue Clinical Psychology, something always pulled me away from a career in counseling. When I discovered the field of positive psychology, I connected with the idea of focusing on what is right with people rather than fixating on pathology and flaws. My talents have always centered on people, spotting talent and potential, and encouraging growth and excellence. In July 2017, I began my formal training in coaching and became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
My areas of experience in Human Resources include recruitment and selection, career path planning and development, change management, and reorganization.
