I am a seasoned Executive Coach and Consultant. I focus on helping individuals, teams and organizations operate at a higher level through the tools of change management, strategic visioning, strategic design of transformation, learning, leadership development, business narrative and storytelling, talent management, leadership coaching, and knowledge management.  

I have 20 years in Big Four Consulting and have held key senior C-level internal roles as the CHRO, the 1st CKO and CLO for Fortune 100 companies. I’m a certified as an Executive Leadership Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, certified in Myers Briggs, Gallup’s StrengthFinder, EQi 2.0, CCL Benchmark Series/360, Situational Leadership and have worked with Senior Executives in 17 countries. I received my Coach Training at Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program.  

My innovative work in learning and knowledge management has been recognized by the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC); and, in articles in Training Magazine, CIO Magazine, The KM Pro Journal and in book chapters in World Class Teams; The Leader’s Guide to Storytelling; Beyond E-Learning: and, Wake Me Up When the Data is Over: How Organizations Use Stories to Drive Results.  

For the past 2 ½ years, I’ve been one of the coaching workhorses for a large, global consulting firm currently implementing a new Performance Management system using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder as its global Assessment instrument, I became Gallup StrengthsFinder certified in 2015. Since then, I’ve conducted over 250+ one-on-one coaching/debriefing sessions; personally delivered StrengthsFinder Workshops to very Senior Teams; conducted numerous virtual StrengthsFinder sessions; and, facilitated workshops on Leading Extraordinary Teams----all impacting over 1500 leaders to date. My work is rated and I generally end up with a score of 4.6 on a 5 point scale.  

My coaching philosophy is this: My role is to help people become the author of their own lives. I combine a deep sense of curiosity and empathy to help my clients reframe and expand their own possibilities and tap into their identified strengths to do so. Most people do not know how to talk about their strengths. StrengthsFinder gives people the language to do so and the opportunity to aim their strengths/unique talents towards what they want to get out of life.
