Kelly discovered her passion for leadership development two years ago while attending a leadership conference. That experience ignited a fire in her and subsequently began a quest to use her strengths to help guide the next generation of leaders on a path to find their own purpose in life. Once you uncover your passion through life experiences and growth, you will discover a more fulfilling and meaningful life.  

Kelly is a real-life example of someone who took the Gallup StrengthsFinder profile and applied the knowledge she gained. Once she learned more about what her innate talents were, she set out on a path to ignite and develop them into strengths. She began working with her own internal teams on a quest to discover what their strengths were and how to develop them further. That led to working with more teams seeking to enhance their performance and striving to achieve greater success.  

Kelly is actively involved with mentoring young women beginning in their careers. She is also skilled in developing and coaching established teams and their leaders. She has run multiple Discover Your Strengths team workshops with all levels of leaders and teams. She provides motivational speaking for conferences, team events and company workshops.
