Jennifer Bingles’ background includes 15 years of higher education leadership and instruction. Throughout her career as a College Professor Jennifer created experiences where people flourished, accomplished objectives performed at higher levels.
As the head Strength Solutions Consulting Company, today Jennifer provides innovative development training for government leaders, teams and individuals. Her approach is based on discovering strengths and leveraging them through effective communication strategies, for optimal performance.
