I'm most passionate about creating a positive work environment and I believe that employee morale can make or break a business. My natural curiosity, empathy and enthusiasm allow me to easily connect with people of diverse backgrounds and professions.
I feel strongly that play is a powerful tool that inspires innovation, improves communication, promotes understanding and awareness, and helps build better teams and stronger workplace communities. I especially love working with struggling teams and employees who feel 'stuck'.
Providing outlets for creative expression helps the participants to see themselves and each other differently; and helps them to name, claim and aim their strengths in a very meaningful, lasting way.
I teach Strengths-based workshops, consult with management and teams, and provide one on one coaching to support personal development, increase engagement and improve the total employee experience.
