John K. John (Positivity, Ideation, Connectedness, Empathy and Futuristic – Top 5 Talent Themes) is a core HR person intentionally moved to his area of passion in Learning and Development in 2003 and has not looked back since. Today, he is Vice President and Head Management Development with a Fortune 500 company based in Mumbai, India.  

John holds a Post Graduate Honours in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social work, after he completed his Graduation in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, India.  

A Certified T3 Zig Ziglar Trainer and is also a Level 1 certified Birkman Consultant in understanding Human Behaviour, a Belbin team role certified trainer, he now adds one more feather to his cap, to be a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.  

He is a sought after trainer on Making Work, WORK across Cultures a Cultural Sensitization workshop that sensitizes US / European customers to the ways of working of Indians & India. He has conducted these workshops for key clientele across verticals with close to 1,500+ customer employees taking part in these workshops across USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.  

He has a penchant for connecting with people and helping them understand and explore their uniqueness as a person gives me the greatest satisfaction.
