Jutamas Ingpochai, PhD ("Mint") has worked as a corporate executive, business consultant, and faculty lecturer. After 20 years of working in the banking, finance, consulting, manufacturing, and corporate administration fields, I have grown to appreciate the concept of encourage people to do what they love to do and what they do best which delivers great impact to themselves and others.
As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I believe I can support individuals to uncover their innate talents in order to cultivate their strengths together with maximizing their capabilities and knowledge.
Jutamas graduated with the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (International Program) from Bangkok University in cooperation with University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She also earned a M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Boston University, USA and B.A. in Business Management from Pine Manor College, USA.
