I am a former consultant to senior management and board members of Fortune 500 financial institutions on regulatory and risk control matters and have an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on entrepreneurship. I also triple majored at Stanford University in Anthropology, Psychology, and Economics.

My goal as a Strengths coach is to help good performers become great performers and great performers become top performers by helping each person I coach understand where they are most naturally talented and how they can own those talents to achieve maximum success by turning them into Strengths.

While I am open to coaching anyone whose primary focus is on improving themselves or their team’s performance, I do think that there is a benefit to working with a coach who understands your particular Strengths and challenges, so I prefer to focus on clients who are entrepreneurial (internally or externally) and whose top Strengths include Strategic, Achiever, Relator, Responsibility, Command, Maximizer, or Self-Assurance.
