I am an educator and a manager. I am currently an academic dean at a university, in my 14th year managing department chairs and faculty. I have benefited from having a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach for several years. This positive experience led me to become certified and to use Gallup Strengths as a development tool with colleagues at my university. I have successfully coached hourly employees, staff, faculty and administrators and worked with mixed teams.
