Before learning strengths coaching from Gallup, Alice also followed different Master Coaches in Hong Kong to practice life coaching. She has over 15 years of experience as an HR professional in the private sector and NGOs, covering a wide range of industries in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She has experience in a diverse range of industries including airline, telecom, banking, community service and manufacturing. She has practical experience in implementing HR projects, facilitating HR strategy development, designing customized training programs, delivering platform training and being an in-house coach.
Alice also participates in voluntary work in helping young people to develop their strengths to deal with the challenges of adapting to the real world,
and opening the door for those turning 30 to apply their strengths on long-term future commitments for their first time.
