Rebecca has expertise leading individuals and teams through the creative process including strategically guiding them through the stages of inspiration, ideation and implementation and helping clients shift their thinking from “problem” to “project.” She integrates her combined background in psychology, design, and business to establish comprehensive coaching tools founded in strengths-based development and design thinking principles. She specializes in coaching women business owners and nonprofit leaders to leverage individual strengths and build consensus with their staff and board of directors.
Rebecca is the founder of Creative Habitat, a nonprofit coworking + childcare program designed to serve the specific needs of women who are starting businesses and starting families at the same time. Strengths-based development and creative collaboration are a fundamental focus of our signature co-op childcare model and programming for both women and their kids. We incorporate strengths coaching and faith-based principles into all of our programs and curriculum.
