Courtney has a passion for helping clients discover and bring out the best in themselves in their personal and professional lives. Whether working with managers to recognize their individual leadership style or supporting individuals seeking to make positive personal changes, she enjoys helping clients see what is already magnificent about themselves so that they can simply become more of who they already are.
With 25 years of experience consulting, coaching, and working for such organizations as Accenture, Terumo BCT, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, and Doctors without Borders, Courtney brings in-depth knowledge of both the private and non-profit sectors, in the United States and internationally. Leveraging a strengths-based approach in her coaching, she also holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology which she utilizes to inform her work.
