I work within management consulting at Accenture, Human capital as my main specialization area. I have delivered professional and leadership development, culture transformation and organizational change projects for several global companies within Communications, Media and High-Tech industry.
Prior Accenture I have run my own start-up business within leadership development and wellbeing at work, and worked for companies like Oracle, Grant Thornton, P&G and PwC in finance and business areas.
I have graduated 2015 from University of Western Australia (UWA) in psychology and neuroscience, both in highly ranked Schools internationally. In addition to Bachelor of Science degree I hold a Master of Business degree that I have complement with wide range of studies in organizational development, change management and leadership.
My main strength as a coach is that I can combine to the strength-based coaching a solid and holistic understanding of the human brain, mind and behavior, whether as individuals or in social setting like teams. Through my wide business background I'm specialized in coaching within career development, leadership & professional development and business development context. I have been said to be like a Strength-scientist who can listen mindfully, ask good questions and encourage patiently to support others to succeed in their path.
