As a professor of leadership and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, my career is devoted to helping others explore and develop their talents. All of my Top 5 talents are in the strategic thinking domain: Ideation-Intellection-Input-Strategic-Learner. Focusing on my own talents has been personally and professionally valuable for me, and my goal as a coach is to help others leverage their own strengths. I've worked with hundreds of millennials to explore and develop their talents into strengths in my role as a leadership professor, and I have delivered corporate and non-profit strengths workshops across the US as well as internationally.
