Sobre Jessica Greher Traue

As a coach, I am here to assist my clients and their teams as they explore the best of who they are, what is, and what could be. My role is to champion strengths while you simultaneously become a champion of yours.

Jessica is an award winning higher education professional. Whether she is working with individual students and clients on behavior change, leadership development, or partnering with faculty and staff, she is passionate about one thing, unlocking and developing potential.

Jessica has a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology from Boston University. She is currently the Director of Wellness & Health Promotion at Bentley University. Jessica has served in several leadership roles within her industry at the regional and national levels. She regularly presents at conferences and trainings and she particularly enjoys topics that assist with personal and professional development. Her most recent presentations have a strong focus on storytelling and communicating organizational impact as a way to leverage support and resources.

Jessica’s top strengths are Achiever, Activator, Communication, Significance and Adaptability. These lend well to building momentum and excitement within individuals and groups, assistance with setting strategic priorities, and moving groups and teams along when a “traffic jam” or plateau is present. After all, moving forward is forward progress! Additionally, Jessica’s strengths offer the keen ability to present information in engaging and memorable ways and she is adept at adjusting and responding to the ever changing needs of clients, audiences and industry.

Students and colleagues appreciate her straightforward and decisive nature, her ability to create a fun, engaging and safe space to explore complex issues and her ability to spark excitement build enthusiasm within teams.
