Lisa is a Certified Professional and Executive Coach (CPEC), a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and has a certificate in Personal Development Coaching from The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP ™) Institute. In addition, she’s a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from the American Society for Quality. Dr. Matthews has a Ph.D. in Education from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
