John Keat

Mr. John Lim Say Keat is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Eagleon Consultancy, which specializes in corporate training and consultation services. A truly unique individual who possesses both strong people engagement skills and deep strategic thinking capabilities, he is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential.  

John has more than 10 years of diverse training and consultancy experience in research, education and corporate settings. One of the pioneers in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) training, he has provided consultation and training in SEL to more than 20 schools.  

In his corporate exposure, John has worked in the design, delivery and review of various courses like Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Executive Influence Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Leadership Development and Transition programs.  

John holds a Masters of Engineering by research, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Merit) and a Graduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology (Distinction).
