Nicole Weber

Helping people uncover and harness their strengths for exceptional results is my passion. Many people I work with are facing major challenges or change at work or in their personal life, and coaching leads to clarity and a deeper understanding of how they can leverage their strengths across all aspects of life.

I have over 25 years of professional experience across government, non-profit and for-profit human service agencies. I have managed and led teams from 3 to over 3000 members, and have coached and mentored people from front-line to executive level. I have many years of experience working with families in the areas of ageing, disability and youth, working within a strengths based and person centered approach.

As a Gallup-Certified Coach of three years I have worked with teams and individuals grappling with significant personal and professional change. Strengths coaching has allowed them to see new possibilities and a future that is aligned to their values and natural talents.

For over 15 years I have facilitated learning for individuals, teams and communities through workshops, conference presentations and as a manager, leader and human resources professional. My approach is to design and deliver tailored solutions that are highly engaging and experiential. I believe we learn best by doing.
