Shari Chapman, founder and principal, is passionately committed to helping others realize their potential. Shari has been an advocate for strengths-based development for over 15 years. She has incorporated this practice in her previous Talent Development roles at GoDaddy.com, The MullenLowe Group, IPG-Mediabrands, Disney-ABC Media Networks, The Walt Disney Company, and The Gallup Organization. Additionally, she has consulted and facilitated for various industries including utilities, automotive, financial services and manufacturing.
Shari has a B.A. in Sociology from University of San Diego and a M.A. in Counseling/Career Counseling from Chapman University.
