Seham is an experienced trainer and coach who has been working on helping students of all ages master their uniqueness for 22 years, 10 of them totally dedicated to gifted students. She has been working on enabling students find their own strengths and passion and help them excel on what they were built to do. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Math and a Master's Degree in Educational Technology, Seham helped her students shine on both national and international contests.
As a coach in the Preparing and Qualifying Leaders (EPQ) national program, and as the supervisor for the first Saudi all gifted students school for girls and girls gifted center in Jeddah, Seham has been working with leaders, decision makers and heads of verticals and helped them set and achieve inspiring and challenging goals.
After discovering Strengths Finder 2.0, it was evident this Strengths-Based coaching model, was a perfect fit for her on-going work with others.
