After 15 years of working in the Retail and Corporate sector, I have grown to appreciate the concept of placing people where they flourish and can have the biggest impact to themselves and on the business.
As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I believe I can help corporations and retail environments, keep their employees engaged and on a path to results. My coaching style uses my relator and individualization strengths to look at each and every employee as a unique person that can bring new and differentiated talents to the organization.
