With over 20 years of experience in the corporate business world, in and out of Brazil as leader of multi-functional teams of senior managers, he is able to provide to clients a clear an accurate road map using Gallup's Talent Themes to create the foundation of a more productive and result-oriented life.  

In the player-coach relationship, he invests in and interacts with people to maximize development of their innate talents. His interpretation of the Gallup theme sequence is keen and open in style, allowing a mutual process of growth.  

Helio’s career is based on the finance, advertising, broadcasting, and healthcare markets with more than 26,000 hours dedicated to identifying and developing people in the organizations he worked for.
