Welcome! My name is Christine and I'm thrilled you're here to take the next step in your Strengths journey! As a coach, it is my mission to lead with integrity, practicality and serve as a champion for my client's goals while still challenging them.
I earned my B.S. in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University and my M.Ed in Higher Education Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. Currently, I am in the process of earning my Health Coach certificate from the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals in the university and non-profit setting to achieve their full potential.
As a coach, I specialize in self-care, workplace wellness, career planning and personal development. Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, watersports, volunteering as a dog adoption coordinator and playing on a cornhole league.
