My life has always been about making a difference in people’s lives. As a result, I have a long track record of positively impacting individual’s lives in corporates (financial, insurance and service sectors), government and rural communities.
As an anthropologist, learning specialist and business owner, I have spent many years quietly observing and working with executives, managers of managers, managers and staff. This, combined with my keen interest in business, has equipped me with unique practical insights into what it really takes to be successful as a person, a manager and as a leader of people.

About me:
Before opening my consulting business, I headed up the learning functions in BancABC, FNB Business, The Automobile Association and Glenrand MIB. I have five qualifications (a BA Degree in Communications and Socio-cultural Anthropology, three qualifications in Human Resource Management and an Insurance qualification) and I was awarded the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) credential by the Association for Talent Development – most recently in 2015 (renewable every three years).
