My personal mission is to equip others to thrive. I currently do this in many ways by serving as the Director of Student Leadership Development at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I have a B.A. in Sociology/Psychology from the College of William & Mary and an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, College Park. I am also a speaker and facilitator for nonprofits, small businesses, fraternal organizations, and colleges/universities. I have a heart for college students, young professionals, and women. Shonda Rimes' First.Only.Different (FOD) theory perfectly outlines my life and as a first-generation college student and the first African American President of an almost 100 year old organization, I am unafraid to step into shoes that weren't made to fit my feet and help you, if you so desire, to do the same. I am an engaged community volunteer and have the pleasure of serving on multiple boards in the Nashville community. I believe that we all should learn to do the best we can with what we have and to embrace the challenge of being better today than we were yesterday. Check out my website at krystalnclark.com. Let's have honest and hard conversations about what matters most and develop a plan to help you claim a seat in the front row of your life. As I often tell my students, "you have everything you need to be successful". It would be my honor to help you discover and develop your Strengths.
