Tammy Siemers

Tammy Siemers is not only a Certified Strengths Coach but is also in charge of professional development and external relations at a university. She uses strengths to help students understand their talents and potential. Once they understand that, they can leverage those strengths to accomplish any goal they set for themselves including career matches, positioning themselves at job interviews and purposefully aiming their strengths to become more successful in their education and future career.  

Tammy also coaches teams and managers primarily in an educational setting. Research labs and academic staff teams have been her primary focus. She helps groups to embrace their differences, set common goals, to better understand each other and to work as efficiently and productively as possible.  

Although most of Tammy’s experiences have been in the academic setting, she has also coached quite a few individuals outside of academia. At the end of the day, Tammy is all about helping people achieve their goals. Her developer once to see everyone achieve success and would love to help you and/or your team achieve success as well.
