Leslie Boomer

Leslie Boomer has worked with Pro-Motion Consulting since January 2013. She joined the PMC team as a 19-year veteran of the trade publishing industry. Most recently, she was the Publisher of Snow Business magazine, the official publication of the Snow & Ice Management Association.  

Leslie was certified by the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU as an Executive Coach in 2013. The program at Weatherhead focuses on Coaching with Compassion for the development of emotional and social intelligence competencies in leadership. Leslie is also accredited to administer and coach clients through the results of The Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory.  

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach she is truly passionate about the benefits of strengths-based development and leadership. Eager to help others gain essential work-life self-awareness, Leslie uses Clifton StrengthsFinder as the foundation of her coaching, training and workshops and central to her role in the overall mission of Pro-Motion Consulting.  

Away from the work arena, Leslie and her husband Bill, (Also a Gallup-trained coach) provide couples coaching with a special focus on re-marriage and stepfamily dynamics (Using StrengthsFinder and the Prepare/Enrich Inventory®). As a team, they facilitate workshops for marriage preparation and enrichment, delivering valuable training and resources for communication skills/relationship success.
