I am a leadership development consultant and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach specializing in CPA firms and accounting organizations. I help CPAs connect, communicate and prosper with their clients and teams.
Before founding my company in 2011, I worked in public practice for ten years as an auditor and consultant. I was named a Woman to Watch by the California Society of CPAs in 2011 and one of the “20 Under 40” by the CPA Practice Advisor in 2017.
In my non-work time, I can be found adventuring outdoors with my husband and twin-sons, cooking, or taking improv comedy classes. I'd love to hear from you!
