While I work as a fulltime consultant of engineering for manufacturing companies, I also work as a coach with fully using my Maximizer and Self-Assurance. I coach clients all over the world. Due to my love and passion for Strengths Finder, I came to Omaha and attended the ASC course twice. I used to be an instructor at the ICF certified coaching program and trained over 300 Japanese coaches. Since 2009, I have been co-leading Strengths community. Also since 2011, I have been organizing the Ideation Community.
Each community has nearly 300 members.
