I had been a Gallup client for about fifteen years, so it was a natural move to become a certified coach in December 2016. I have now coached leaders in for-profit and non-profit organizations, teams in for-profit and non-profit organizations, college students, teachers, Christian ministers, a church leader board (elders), a seminary professor, etc. I bring to the coaching conversation the ability to naturally connect and quickly create a productive relationship with my clients. I excel in having strengths-based conversations that motivate those I coach to connect with their innate wiring to experience increased productivity at work, joy in life, and deepening relationships with colleagues, friends, and family members. The experience of coaching generates much personal satisfaction and energy. Seeing the positive results is extremely gratifying and feeds my eagerness to coach.
