My coaching approach is grounded in my experience working across the not-for-profit, education and community sectors in Canada, Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, the Netherlands and Australia. I've spent 15 years working with people at the intersection of different sectors, and have a great interest in supporting the personal development of others. In my current work, I do this by shaping the professional development programming available to university students. In my coaching, I customise my approach to best suit the context and needs of the individuals I work with.
