Myrna has nearly 40 years experience working in various aspects of higher education administration, typically with the executive leadership. For the past 20 years she has also related to administration in healthcare. Most of her experience has been in a faith-based academic health center with six hospitals and eight professional schools. In addition to working closely with senior leadership, she is also the liaison to the Boards of Trustees and serves as corporate secretary.
Myrna first became a certified Strengths Coach in 2007, re-certified in 2013, and again in 2018. She is passionate about working with individuals in identifying and growing their God-given talents into true strengths. She does individual one-on-one coaching with employees of the health center, as well as does work with teams for team-building and works with management on specific team opportunities and challenges. She loves being able to help individuals and teams appreciative their talents and those of others, recognize complementary partnerships, and find ways to manage weaknesses.
