All the world’s a stage,
Shakespeare said, so if I may add – everyone on that stage contributes different talents and strengths that make things work, make a difference in every other life and set in motion a performance that teaches, inspires and makes everyone watch. My coaching style recognises and reminds my clients about their unique combination of strengths to maximise their performance and productivity in whatever they choose to do. My experience as a management consultant for government agencies, corporations, small businesses and not-for-profit organisations enables me to identify and nurture individual’s talents. Most importantly, it gives me great joy to celebrate the successes and achievements of my clients, whether it is in their personal lives or careers. Often times, it’s that reminder that we are that good that makes us consistently be one!
