I teach leadership to both undergraduate and graduate students as well as to organizational teams in multiple workplace sectors. I am the author of the textbook, Developing Human Service Leaders, Sage, 2016. These experiences have given me a keen understanding of the desire to grow and develop in the relationships at work and in our personal lives. I am able to integrate the power of discovering our talents and building our strengths with the journey of personal leadership development.
In my role as a faculty member, I work with many different people at all stages of their life journey. It is a joy to uncover the significant steps of that journey and see how the Gallup talent themes have been shadowing each step of the way.
