Mandy’s greatest passion is to help individuals, teams and organizations to realize and play to their strengths and be part of the success that follows. Utilizing her ‘Activator’ and 'Maximizer' strengths, Mandy helps clients to leverage their strengths and determine the specific actions that need to be taken to achieve their goals and be the best they can be. She holds clients accountable for agreed actions to ensure progress.
Mandy’s love of challenges, adventure, and pushing herself out of her comfort zone has resulted in a career characterized by diverse and unique local and international experiences.
As an Associate of BRS she works within the Leadership and Culture team, providing individual coaching and team workshops. She also is currently employed as a Local Government manager who is still deeply engaged in the business of managing people and teams every day. What she trains and coaches in is battle tested in today’s business environment.
Mandy recently spent six years in the Middle East establishing the Corporate Training Division of Eton Institute, and within 5 years, Eton became a leading corporate training provider in the United Arab Emirates. In this role she designed and delivered a range of business skills and leadership development programs for numerous multinational, government, and local organizations.
