Lisa Gold is an experienced certified coach who is passionate about helping individuals turn their strengths into superpowers and achieve their career, business and personal goals. Lisa’s combination of Futuristic, Strategic, WOO, Communication and Achiever talents make her an engaging coach that can help clients articulate a clear vision of success and identify the best path forward to achieve their goals.
Lisa developed and now manages the Career Services function for the MITRE corporation. This involves running an internal career coaching program, designing and facilitating programs that create high performing, strengths based teams as well as leading organizational change efforts to build growth-based cultures that value strengths. In addition, Lisa led an enterprise team which designed MITRE’s innovative development focused approach to performance management, MITRE CLEAR Conversations™. Prior to joining MITRE, Lisa held leadership roles in Human Resources with high-tech, HR consulting and financial services organizations.
Lisa leverages her extensive coaching and business experience to help individual clients and teams discover their true passion and create opportunities to do what they do best every day.
Lisa is a recognized speaker at human capital and strengths conferences and webinars. Lisa is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is recognized as an ICF Associate Certified Coach. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University.
