Mary Henley is an ordained United Methodist Church clergyperson. Mary is a Gallup-Certified Strength Development Coach, and has worked for over ten years with individuals and groups on Strengths-Based development, utilizing Gallup’s CliftonStrengthsr. She has worked with individuals, teams, clergy, laity, denominational leaders, as well as those in non-profit organizations, business and government. Mary’s Doctor of Ministry degree is in Strengths-Based leadership development and she serves in full-time ministry in Birmingham, Alabama.
