Rocky is a proud father of three children and married to his best friend, Erin. He lives in a small town outside the Quad Cities in Iowa. He has 16 years manufacturing experience on the floor to salary. He has used his natural talents to move up within the company and turn them into strengths to accomplish business and personal goals.
He has been a certified coach since September of 2014 and just re-certified to October of 2018. He has coached 18 individuals and 8 teams helping them turn their natural talents into strengths and achieving both individual and team goals in a repeatable manner.
Rocky goal is to help spread the Strengths movement along with other coaches. It was a relief to him once he accepted his lesser talents and spent more time on his natural talents. This has saved him time and frustration both at home and in the office.
