Gerard Glennon について

Gerard is an industry engaged Senior Educator and Manager at Victoria Polytechnic, the vocational division of Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia). He actively engages in the design, development and facilitation of tailored leadership and management development programs to industry based clients from a diverse range of industry sectors. Programs include award courses, resulting in formal qualifications, and non-award programs and development activities, which include project management, personal and team development, and individual coaching. Participant groups include team leaders through to executive leaders.  

Key elements of Gerard’s practice include a focus on positive client engagement, relationship management, and end-to-end project management across the project life cycle.  

Gerard joined Victoria University in 2006 as an Organisational Development Consultant, having a frontline role in the development and delivery of leadership development programs, organisational induction, and safety programs for Victoria University staff.  

Gerard has also held a variety of positions in healthcare, including clinical nursing, education and management positions, having commenced his career as a Registered Nurse at the Royal Hobart Hospital (Hobart, Australia) in 1989.  

Gerard received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and education qualifications from Victoria University. He received his Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and a Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Cardiothoracic) from the Australian Catholic University.  

Gerard is a Gallup Accredited Strengths Coach, and also an accredited facilitator in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC.  

Gerard encourages participants to actively engage in their own development, including reflection on their existing knowledge and experience. He integrates StrengthsFinder and Strengths appreciation into individual and team development activities to set the foundation for meaningful personal and professional development.
