About Wendi Richards

My past is filled with adventure, travel, stories, and new experiences. I have worked in a multitude of fields applying my Strengths successfully in new and varied endeavors. These include: the executive director of a non-profit, small business entrepreneur, writer, teacher, counselor, sales, profit-driven event management in higher education, and performer.

My goal is to teach people how to see their potential and market themselves to their best advantage. I am an innovative thinker who encourages others to look beyond their current circumstances and set personal goals. By applying my master’s degree in counseling psychology in individual sessions, my clients always leave feeling empowered and inspired by their Strengths.

Utilizing decades of performing arts experience, I am a high-energy, motivational presenter of interactive workshops. Connecting easily with my clients, we work together to create a vision of how their talents can be accessed to achieve their goals and navigate their challenges.

Currently, I use CliftonStrengths to help hundreds of young adults use their Strengths to support their future ambitions. Higher education faculty and staff also call on me to assist with their team development and departmental management.

People fascinate me, and I am always interested in how new Strength combinations are experienced. I enjoy working with a broad range of ages, backgrounds, and career levels.
