Nia DeYounge

My name is Nia DeYounge, and I am an international educator and certified Gallup Strengths coach. I work in higher education, where I advise international students and scholars on matters related to visas and immigration, and I also love to mentor and coach college students (both domestic US students and international students). I often use my relator strength to help me develop one on one relationships so that I can better understand my clients. I love using Strengths to help students and professionals understand what makes them different and unique and how they can use their talents more intentionally to be consistently productive and impactful. I also love developing young professionals by working with them on their cover letters and resumes, and helping them to hone in on their abilities so that they stand out from other applicants.
