Her passion and mission are co-partnering with individuals/groups in a creative process to self-discovery, empowering them to maximize their potentials and attaining their goals - defining their truths, so their vision for themselves become a reality – leading them to experience meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Isa is undergoing training as a Pastoral Counselor and a candidate for a Professional Diploma in Family Ministries in the Ruben M. Tanseco - Center for Family Ministries (RMT-CEFAM) at the Ateneo campus in Quezon City, Philippines.
Isa earned her certification on Youth Coaching and Mentoring.
She is also an associate member of the International Institute for Coaching & Mentoring.
Since 2012, Isa has been reaping the benefits of Mindfulness - the practice of cultivating focused awareness on the present moment. With the number of benefits of Mindfulness, Isa is compelled to share the practice. She is completing her training course on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and continues giving a workshop on Mindfulness: How to reduce stress, achieve more & enjoy life!
