Derrick Jack

Derrick brings energy and ideas to his clients. He has developed his skills to generate ideas, and then create plans for implementing them. Currently he has clients in universities, insurance, non-profit and community organizations. However, he is always seeking out new areas and industries to spread the strengths revolution. In particular, he seeks out opportunities to work with managers and supervisors to increase productivity, impact, collaboration, and/or engagement of their team.  

Derrick has a master’s degree in social work with areas of concentration in adult learning theory, organizational theory and opportunity youth.  

He is uniquely able to use both the Clifton StrengthsFinder and the Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder to more fully serve venture capitalists, investors, entrepreneurs, economic developers, educators and mentors. Reviving the entrepreneurial spirit in our local communities is vital to our country's position in the world and he is fully committed to finding and coaching those with high levels of entrepreneurial talent.
