Acerca de Sally Yule

"Today is only one day in all the days that will ever be. But what will happen in all the other days that ever come, can depend on what you do today." Ernest Hemingway, For Whom the Bell Tolls.

I am interested in working with women and men who want to make the most of every day by understanding and using their Strengths.

I am an enthusiastic coach, board member, writer and consultant. I am also a loved and supported wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and dog owner. I have enjoyed a broad and satisfying career and lead a full life engaging with people across the generations. I am always learning.

It is the whole picture of who I am and my life experiences, both professional and personal, both high and low, that constitutes my offer as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach to women and men alike.

I have experienced joy and grief personally and I have experienced support and undermining professionally. All of these experiences contribute to my focused, optimistic and realistic approach to walking alongside people navigating the curved balls and optimising the serious opportunities of life.

I am Managing Director of Humble Access, a small Australian company working in executive coaching, governance and consulting. I am passionate about supporting and encouraging people to imagine a positive future, to dare to fail, and to understand and respond to their call to action.

My coaching is about what is possible for each and every person when they focus on their Strengths and step into the arena of life. It is built on the foundation of a healthy, optimistic and balanced life, tapping into more than 25 years of senior executive experience, managing large operational teams and driving significant change in progressive organisations - experience which grounds and informs my coaching.

In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I am a certified Leadership Capacity Program Coach, working with leaders in both the for-profit and not-for-profit spaces.

Prior to establishing Humble Access, I worked for 26 years in senior operational roles in the not-for-profit sector, with extensive experience in building cultures that encourage curiosity and innovation, and in the development and implementation of innovative services in aged care, dementia care and palliative care, including the Palliative Care Home Support Program and the Palliative Care Bridge – game changers providing choice to people wishing to die at home across NSW, lifting home death rates of participants from 16% to 79%.

Prior to working in the NFP sector, I worked in Banking and Finance in corporate banking and treasury risk management roles. I have a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
