Miwako applies her coaching methods for inner transformation, image consulting, and appearance transformation to maximize ability and attractiveness of clients.
After graduating from a university, she started working for a financial institution and was assigned to work in the HR department. There she had the opportunity to discover what strengths coaching is all about. The more she learned about coaching, the more she was drawn to it. Finally, in 2001, she decided to take formal coaching training and became a professional coach. She later obtained Professional Coaching Credentials from International Coach Federation.
When she coaches CEOs of foreign companies, executives, and female professionals, she strongly feels the importance of strategic management of communication, first impression, appearance, and speech skills.
