Shigeo’s signature themes are Maximizer, Harmony, Learner, Arranger and Adaptability. He loves all of his signature themes, having an actual feeling that he has begun to go to the better direction in his life after learning these signature themes.  

As a Gallup-Certified Strength Coach, his mission is to help people make their lives happy by finding their strengths and making the best use of the strengths. He believes that if people accept themselves as they are and turn their eyes not to their weaknesses, but to their strengths, they can move forward positively and can make their lives happy by themselves.
