Dear coach-seeker,
My name is Rita.
It is my mission to connect the current working generations, in order to make more room for innovations and talents for the future. As an Xennial, I have felt the mismatch between the current power within organisations (generation X) and the needs and drive of the young professionals (millennials). I have managed talent development and leadership programmes, coached postacademics and managers, taught university students, advised and developed organisations and academies and innovated education. But in most of the organisations I encountered, I missed the heart and passion, I missed flexibility of the current system and I missed room for unique talents. With my own business, Kenterdenker, I empower millenials to find ways to use their strengths in their jobs and lead their development ways to their future, with heart and passion, and with positivity and power. I also coach organisations to find ways to connect more with the new working force. For educational organisations, dealing with educational innovation, I offer a programme with experience design and talent development (of teacher and student).
