Who I am - I am Dr. Nicole C. Scott and I have over 20 years’ experience motivating people to grow, learn and achieve. In addition, I have over 15 years of experience in workforce development and have worked with people in a wide-range of industries, such as logistics, higher education, HUD housing projects, social service organizations and students - all with the goal of developing people and the workforce. I have earned a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a Masters in Adult and Community Education and a PA Teaching Certification. You are in good hands when you work with me!
